Peckham, South London-raised artist Sam Akpro creates dreamy, and sometimes nightmarish productions that take influence from indie-doom, trip-hop and jazz. With the belief in quality over quantity, Akpro takes his time with his music; he has one experimental EP out Nights Away, and a handful of singles. His most recent release is 'Unotice Demo'. A gritty, discordant guitar is overlaid with a metallic, spring-like one, encapsulating the eerie feeling of London at night. Akpro's vocals tell a story, gradually elevating into the wall of gritty guitars, as he shouts "unotice".
